I got laid off from my job , luckily I paid for insurance to protect me from overcharge . the payments continued to keep coming out causing my account to either go bounced or payment effects my rent and bill money and ends up short. I told my branch what was going on and they placed a stop payment to all, but the payments still came out sometimes more then twice a week. they change the amounts of the payment in order to gain access to my account causing me more problems . Im on ei and between my rent and my bills im broke. Thanks to easy financial , I now are forced to close my bank account. The loan insurance is *** and doesn't protect you in time of distress when you need it.

I wouldn't say I'm a pissed customer I was very disappointed that I went through the whole process and I was poisoned from a medical error in 2015 and one document wasn't legal the underweight said,so after a long process and the very last day was denied i see in there past post they have done this to almost everyone who post seems like discrimination against the permanently disable

They want to talk to three people you know and they will say they are calling from goeasy and ask them to confirm who you are. There is no way around it. Even showing ID does not help. It's embarrassing and not something I would recommend. This was explained after they did a credit check. The guy said "if you quit now it's kind of a waste of a credit check which will impact your credit score." What a vulture thing to use as a save attempt.

EasyFinancial review: Deposited Funds into wrong account
Contacted them for 3 days in a row always told ot would be in the next day.. Finally advised.that.it was placed into a Bank of Montreal acct when the information on my application form was a CIBC acct.. Passed around by 10 different reps until i asked to speak to a manager (Doug). They couldnt/wouldnt help me to satisfaction.. After.the conversation with Doug the lime was still open and i could hear all of their conversation with other people/client - breach of client privacy..

EasyFinancial review: NOT SO EASY!
After 2 weeks of on giving documents..paystubs...refferences...credit check...because not being paid direct deposit....loan denied. Very stressful and am very dissapointed. The commercial for easy financial makes it look easy...iv had less stress in that past just going through the bank to get a loan...not happy at all.

EasyFinancial review in London, Ontario: Insane interest rates
Frien applied for loan. Was told would need a cosigner. I agreed, based on the loan officer's statements that it was a formality, I'd never hear from them. I get a call, at least weekly, asking "if friend will be making a payment this week?" They missed ONE payment months ago. But had actually paid in person the previous Friday.
