EasyFinancial review in Kitchener, Ontario: Bad customer service
Called today. Spent 45mins on the phone with the rudest person i have ever talked to. All i want is my mailing address of thier list. They can't fine me in the system....that is because i have never applied for a loan. I did however send them a resume about a year ago in response to a job posting on indeed. That's how they build the list. Came up with a number of excuses but couldn't tell me how they got my info. What a joke.

I went to Easy Financial for a small 5k loan as I had been in a bad car accident, dealing with a sever concussion and only working part time to heal up.. They put me through the wringer to get it, harassed me constantly while at work for documents upon documents....

They want to talk to three people you know and they will say they are calling from goeasy and ask them to confirm who you are. There is no way around it. Even showing ID does not help. It's embarrassing and not something I would recommend. This was explained after they did a credit check. The guy said "if you quit now it's kind of a waste of a credit check which will impact your credit score." What a vulture thing to use as a save attempt.
